Temperature Controlled Products

Sigma endeavours to confirm to strict GDP guidelines when transporting medical product to your business with every intention to comply with the manufacturers storage guidelines as well as maintaining patient safety.

Due to the low temperatures forecast for the coming week we will be unable to deliver temperature controlled products labelled ‘do not refrigerate’.

We appreciate that this will cause some disruption, and sincerely apologise for this.

Order Cut Off

Please adhere to the cut off times below to ensure your orders arrive when you need them.

  • Sigma driver next day delivery cut off is 11:00 pm
  • Customers’ who receive deliveries from DX have a 6:30 pm cut off for next day
  • Same day, PM delivery cut off is 12:30 pm
  • To receive deliveries on Monday, order by 11:00 am Sunday

Any fax or voicemail orders received after 7:00 pm Monday to Friday, or after 12:00 noon on Saturday will not be processed until after 7:00 am the next working day i.e. Monday morning for weekend orders.

Electronic Ordering

Electronic ordering can be really convenient for your pharmacy, Sigma is available on your PMR  or our online ordering platform SigConnect. Sigconnect gives you access to live stock updates and prices and is a quick and easy order method, please see HERE for details.


Our Telesales team are available from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm every day, they can talk about our promotions and work with you on prices. They will be happy to talk to you about being a part of their daily call list to go through your order pad and process lines as required.

Return Totes Quickly

Please return all totes as quickly as possible, these are essential to maintain the speed and accuracy of our pick and pack operation and maintain the integrity and quality of your medicines. If you have totes that need to be collected, please contact Customer Service on the number below.


We constantly work to ensure we have the right products your Pharmacy needs including sourcing from multiple suppliers and managing our stock inventory closely.


Returns can be made within 48 hours of the invoice date, complete the slip on the right side of your invoice and return with your next deliver, full details of our returns and deliveries can be found HERE.
