Return Totes Quickly
Please return all totes as quickly as possible, these are essential to maintain the speed and accuracy of our pick and pack operation and maintain the integrity and quality of your medicines. If you have totes that need to be collected, please contact Customer Service on the number below.
Pharmacy Opening Times
If you change your Pharmacy opening times, please contact us on the details below to let us know so we can maintain the best possible delivery service levels for all our customers.
We constantly work to ensure we have the right products your Pharmacy needs including sourcing from multiple suppliers and managing our stock inventory closely.
Returns can be made within 48 hours of the invoice date. Complete the slip on the right side of your invoice and return with your driver on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, full details of our returns and deliveries can be found HERE.
